We contract industry specialists who assume both primary and secondary roles on projects for our clients.Zachary Hayworth founded The Hayworth Group after an extensive career as an entrepreneur. In addition to formal consulting work, he also founded and maintains investments in numerous early-stage companies. Zach founded his first business as a high school student, which eventually evolved to become one of the world's leading distributors of prehistoric fossils before being acquired. Over the course of his career, Zachary completed degrees in business administration and entrepreneurship from Rowan University in Glassboro, New Jersey, a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in management from the University of Massachusetts, and conducted research at Columbia University in New York City. Additionally, Zachary obtained a master's degree at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. His thesis advisor was Dr. Paul Haagen of Duke Law School. Zachary currently serves on Duke University's alumni board for the northern New Jersey, New York City, and Las Vegas regions.
